While our heart belongs to the Sun City, one of the greatest joys of being El Paso wedding photographers is the opportunity to travel with our couples to capture their legacy in new and stunning landscapes.
Patrick and Miranda’s wedding took us to the breathtaking Texas Hill Country for a celebration at Kendall Point in Boerne, Texas (@kendallpointvenue). From the rolling hills to the southern elegance of the venue, it was the perfect backdrop for a day filled with style, energy, and an incredible amount of fun.
Whether we are shooting a local wedding in El Paso or a destination event in the Hill Country, our goal remains the same: to create a timeless, stress-free experience that results in heirlooms you will cherish forever.
Getting Ready & Elegant Portraits
The day began in the luxe suites at Kendall Point, where the anticipation was palpable. We loved capturing the "getting ready" moments—the laughter, the details, and the quiet excitement before the festivities began.
We utilized the stunning architecture of the venue and the natural beauty of the grounds for Patrick and Miranda’s formal portraits. The light in Boerne is truly special, and we focused on creating romantic, editorial-style images that showcased their connection. As a husband-and-wife team, we were able to ensure every angle was covered—Marcos focusing on the dramatic landscape shots while Elba ensured every pose looked effortless and natural.
Cocktail Hour & A Reception to Remember
If there is one word to describe Patrick and Miranda’s reception, it is ELECTRIC.
The evening started with a lovely cocktail hour featuring music by Chesney, setting a sophisticated tone. But once the doors to the ballroom opened for dinner and dancing, the energy went through the roof.
The design and flow of the evening were flawless, thanks to the incredible work of their wedding planner, Oanh Ngo(@allinthedetailsevents). Every detail was perfect, allowing the couple to simply relax and enjoy their guests.
The Royal Dukes Band (@sarahcentenosings) kept the dance floor packed all night long. We see a lot of parties, but this group of family and friends truly knew how to celebrate! The highlight of the night had to be when Patrick and Miranda joined the band on stage to sing—it was a moment of pure joy and "pizzazz" that we were thrilled to capture.
The Longest Sparkler Exit in History!
As the night came to a close, we prepared for the Grand Exit. We have photographed hundreds of weddings, but we have to say: this was easily one of the longest sparkler lines we have ever seen!
It was a dazzling tunnel of light and love, stretching out into the Texas night. It was the perfect cinematic ending to a perfect day.
Your Destination Wedding Photographers
Patrick and Miranda’s wedding at Kendall Point was a reminder that love travels well. We were honored to bring the Wedding Xpressions experience from El Paso to Boerne to document this incredible chapter in their lives.

The Prologue to the Big Day
Every great love story deserves a beautiful beginning. Long before the sparklers lit up the night at Kendall Point, we captured the quiet, romantic connection between Patrick and Miranda amidst the rugged beauty of Aguirre Springs and the ethereal dunes of White Sands National Park. It was the perfect way to pause and celebrate their journey before the rush of the big day. Step inside their romantic New Mexico Engagement Session here.
